Can anyone suggest new communities that are coming up in atlanta area for single family home?  
 

i’m also fine with buying a seconds single family home. Please suggest areas other than cummings and alphareta.

I took in indian Trail, only elementary school is 9, Middle & High are 7, I am ok with it
