2nd is the best option. At the age of 35 and india lo settled job vundi  so others options are not required Ani my personal opinion

IT SQL and Siebel developer, there is a job scope, searched on LinkedIn and requirements there posted regularly.I can work as Salesforce developer also.

What is this backlog about ..if I come there on H1B with my Indian company presence in US ..what will be the average pay .. how to switch to a better paying company resigning to the Indian company..is there any time limit I have to be with Indian employer on H1B or I can transfer the H1B to the new US employer as soon as I get opportunity there

Is there any limit of visa applications processed on 2nd option. I assume many indian and other country companies file H1B for their employees.. if my H1B won't get picked ..wait for one more year to file again ?

Can a us green card women marry multiple men. 

I have a college friend went there to us with her Indian boyfriend for master studies. They got married and settled there long back. If she is a green card holder ..can she marry me again so that I am eligible to move to us ..is it possible.. will she get any complications with it for her green card or her husband as per law.  

 

what visa i would get in this option. this process shouldn't cost them in anyway. Faking second marriage in other words..please enlighten..

Pris: I have inheritance and earnt properties. Cons: I have 60L Debt. 

With my profile how long it may take to clear my Indian debt working in us. Like how much I can save in a year beside my expenses ..

How about safety in ca and tx for a single man ..family ante may be they won't roam around much .. can we socially active in ca,tx  without any safety issues as foreigner ..socially active means local clubs for sports or travel activities..not the pub,sex or gambling etc

It depends how much you earn and spend 

salary’s in USA range from 100k -300k, depends on your technology 

apartments range is $1500-$2500, the place you choose and car is 500$ monthly payment
