weird..I am not able to understand why we are blaming past govt here? Did KCR told to lay foundation on sand? Basics telisi undali kada engineers ki. Are they mad to follow any politician. Loss of money and people can happen if its not build properly. Something is definitely wrong. I dont think L&T would spoil their reputation by blindly following politician words.
