I have cousins who got done in India and Istanbul. 

India (hyd) lo heard you can get 4000 grafts for 1 lakh.

+ Istanbul aite Ala trip kooda veyochu ani Vella le.

they suggested 4 options for after care. Min/fin was one of them. But I took their top tier suggestion, shampoo and lotion for few months and biotin as supplement.

day1: landed,  they picked me up, dropped in 4 star decent hotel near by clinic, did some shopping(baklawa, grand bazaar shopping etc).

day 2. Consultation with Dr. they will pick you up and drop every time .

drew hair line, gave estimate of how many grafts and where the donor area etc.

day 3: surgery, 2.5 hrs for extraction, break, lunch, then 4 hrs for transplanting. Sedation and local anesthisia istharu, not fully unconscious.

day 4: bandages removal and laser therapy, post care instructions and care

day 5: back to states.

Yup, initial consultation in US, they ask you to send high res photos to estimate. Then work out according to our schedule, typically 1-2 months(for me it took that much time). 
turkey visa is online application, they will send approval in 5 mins to email, no need to stamp etc.

alone gane vellanu. Not so difficult .

first 2 days post surgery konchem donor and receipient area touch cheyakunda neck pillow pai padukovali, adi okkate ibbandi ainde. 
otherwise now all back to normal.

waiting for results. Fingers crossed.

Any other references in India ? I am scared of life long commitment for Min / Fin. Ivi vadakunda Transplant work avutunda ? 

 

i am norwood 5, Eugenix vadu 15 Lakhs estimate ichhadu with Dr Das, Min/ Fin compulsory vadali life long annadu..

Yes. Donor area (back of head or beard or chest hair or thigh hair) entha ekkuva unte job antha easy aithadi. Mostly andaru back of head lo teeinchukubtaru.

min/fin vaadettu aite rogain etc Costco lo dorkevi try cheyochu bro . Cost effective, but life long vaadatam istam leka Ila cheyinchukunna. Natural ga mana hair thone. Biotin (general ga over the counter prescription kinda) vaadutharu for nail and hair growth.

naku kooda ide icharu anthe.

just planting method difference anthey baa..It is also an FUE but implant chesetappudu they use a device

i thought min/fin is compulosry to keep the non transplanted hair in place
