Nope, biotin is alternative as well and solves same purpose, to keep existing hair healthy.

2 separate things biotin is essential b vitamin for healthy hair growth but doesn't mean that it's a replacement for at DHT blocker like fin or duta...DHT blocker definitely needed to stop thinning for male pattern baldness ...but again transplanted area elaagu mostly DHT effect thakkuva vunna areas nunchi transplant chesthaaru so avi fine but remaining recede avuthaane vuntadhi.

Yup, initial consultation in US, they ask you to send high res photos to estimate. Then work out according to our schedule, typically 1-2 months(for me it took that much time). 
turkey visa is online application, they will send approval in 5 mins to email, no need to stamp etc.

otherwise now all back to normal.

I see 50% growth in transplanted area(fully grown hair), inka new hair budding undi(small size) Dr said another 2 months or so to see 100% growth. So far happy with results.
