Did a google search and did not understand anything.

Can you elaborate more?

usually there is a criteria to become an accredited investor - mostly it’s based on income either you need to have more than $200K ($300K collectively for both you and spouse) for two years or $1 million aasets apart from your personal home). You will be eligible for more risky opportunities and more returns as accredited investor to invest and take chance. I was looking for some help to start with and play around

I have diversified my savings, now trying to explore this one too

I understood the criteria from google search ... But did not understand what it means...what opportunities are available?

Diversifying is a good option. Looks for opportunities which you can manage well within your means and time.

If its OK, can you Share how you diversified your savings.

Usually as accredited investor you can invest into crowdfunding, real estate syndication etc.. where you need minimum investment amount

I diversified into below within my limits

rental income, stocks, CD’s, 401K, cleared all debts

Its quiet possible. Look at the current stocks and pick 1-2 stocks which you think might multiple in future. SNOW (Snowflake) comes to mind. It has potential. AI Space also some stock will pop up.

So look at current companies and may be invest in 4-5 stocks that has potential.
