మాజీ మంత్రి వైఎస్ వివేకానందరెడ్డి హత్య కేసులో సరికొత్త ట్విస్ట్ చోటుచేసుకుంది. వివేకా కుమార్తె సునీత, ఆమె భర్త రాజశేఖర్ రెడ్డిలపై పులివెందుల పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ లో కేసు నమోదయింది. పులివెందుల కోర్టు ఆదేశాల మేరకు కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. వివరాల్లోకి వెళ్తే... వివేకా హత్య కేసులో తనను కొందరు బెదిరిస్తున్నారంటూ వివేకా పీఏ కృష్ణారెడ్డి గతలో పులివెందుల కోర్టును ఆశ్రయించారు. 

హత్యలో కొందరు నేతల ప్రమేయం ఉందనేలా సాక్ష్యం చెప్పాలని సీబీఐ అధికారులు, ముఖ్యంగా ఎస్పీ రాంసింగ్ ఒత్తిడి తెస్తున్నారని పిటిషన్ లో ఆయన ఆరోపించారు. సీబీఐ అధికారులకు అనుగుణంగా సునీత, ఆమె భర్త కూడా ఒత్తిడి తెచ్చారని తెలిపారు. తనకు రక్షణ కల్పించాలని పోలీసులను కోరినా ప్రయోజనం లేకపోయిందని... అందుకే కోర్టును ఆశ్రయించాల్సి వచ్చిందని పేర్కొన్నారు.  

ఈ పిటిషన్ పై విచారణ జరిపిన పులివెందుల కోర్టు... సునీత, రాజశేఖర్ రెడ్డి, రాంసింగ్ లపై కేసు నమోదు చేయాలని ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. కోర్టు ఆదేశాల మేరకు ఈ ముగ్గురిపై ఐపీసీ సెక్షన్ 156 (3) కింద పులివెందుల పోలీసులు కేసు నమోదు చేశారు.

this person will be troubled until she withdraws the case or she is eliminated or the main person behind this crime is out of power .. sometimes it's the nature that tests your patience to the max

Idhi too much man. 2 years back idhe case file chesthe magistrate court kottesindhi. Aa judge trasnfer ayyi athani place lo kottha judge vacchadu (theppinchaaro like they did with Vijawada ACB court judge Himabindu on promotional transfer from Vizag who handled CBN's case). Malla adhe case file chesthe, ee saari kottha judge accept chesi, police investigation start chesi report ivvandi ani adigaadu anta. Assalu case accept cheyyadame oka ridiculous anukunte, investigate chesi fixed time lo report ivvamani adagadam inka comedy. Magistrate judges in India are joke.
