@perugu_vada Pillalu baga sick avthunnar ante immunity meeda focus chey. Sinus lanti problem emanna unda? Emanna food allergies unnayemo. Make a note of food they eat. 

Daily veggie juice with turmeric and honey ivvu...

Naaku sinus problem undi. Sugar makes it worse. Air from fan makes it worse (AC is ok), cool drinks or cold stuff not good.

Oka few months Detroit lo unde, some yrs back. Both extreme weathers. Summer super hot and winter too cold. Austin kuda anthena? Snow padthada?

Sinus lantivi levu le .. 45-days lo 2-Times sick valla antibiotics icham .. so her gut got disturbed .. and had issues with dairy .. now she is better .. 

its not like real bad .. but here and there osthuntay kada

Haha .. chala sarlu vella akkadaki ... Brewery baguntai .. even berkeley, walnut creet lo kuda untai ... @csrcsr Did you try AltaMont Beer works in Livermore? My fav place. Try their MauiWaui IPA. One of the best beers I ever had.
