I will keep supporting them and give them some more time to fix issues. But they need to fix entertainment systems immediately. Also request to indians travelling .. bathrooms gabbu cheyakandi

I did travel in Air India in October. Toilets were very nice when I boarded the flight. With in minutes the toilets were dirty. You cannot blame this on Air India. 

Problem is with desis esp parents. You cannot blame them as well as they do not know how to use toilets in flights. With in minutes toilets became dirty. 

May be Air India has to realize this and clean toilets often than regular. 

Regarding alcohol, they were decent. I have read about incidents where people had too much alcohol and peed on co--passengers. I think there is already a policy in place to not let passengers have too much alcohol. But if the passenger had too much alcohol before boarding the flight, we cannot do anything.

Me being an Indian, would like to support Air India as much as possible and at the same time hold them accountable for any of their short comings. But I will try to make them successful as much as possible from my side.
