Visa fees paid, but now not ahowing

Hi

i paid visa fees for my parents and booked visa slot on jan 2024 on old cgi fedaral portal.

ipudemo kotha site vachindi, i am able to login and check on Aug this year. Visa appointment exist on new portal.

ipudu check chestunte fees pay cheyali ani vundi or mvr receipts claim cheyali ani vundi.

i cant find my mvr receipts and gmail ki vachina visa confirmation kooda ledu.

 

plz help. Plz give customer care number to sort this.
