I do not know about this Ranganayakamma but know a lot about other Ranganayakamma who happens to be blood and breed Pulka who ran a chain of colleges in Vijayawada like Montessori group of colleges. Just like CM Yesu Reddy, she also converted to Christianity and looted Irish Church Funds. 
She puts up a show as Christian but internally hard core Pulka.

Coming to this Ranganayakamma in the video, obviously she is a landlord Pulka and rightly robbed in YCPs rule
