Mortgage Interest rates for 2024 - Lenders projection

Lenders are projecting the House mortgage rates will remain elevated for 2024. 

The rates are expected to stay in 6% - 6.5% range despite the fed rate cuts. 

Anyhow, tejams are always comedy piece for most of the lenders in the recent years for overbids, 5% down payment, huge monthly payment commitments and as usual show off.
