If you are GC, you will get visa on Arrival. You have to apply for it online ahead of your trip. You cannot online check ahead as you don't have the visa yet; so,plan to go to airport 3 to 4 hrs in advance. Line will be big enough at the boarding counter so you need buffer time as they make you wait on the side for 15 to 30 mins. During this time, airline crew will send an email to UAE (authorities) to inform that you are boarding. After the email confirmation /acknowledge to them, they will let you board the flight. Idhi pedda painful process kaadhu but make sure that you reach to departing airport 3+hrs in advance.

GC valid card needed. A extension paper won't work. Last time issue iyendi.  They did not let me get my luggage.

Did not get Extension letter piece. I got gc. Is that ok. Validity until 2032.

Even on h1 us visa you can get on arrival Dubai visa. It did visited back 2020. Not sure e love da rules gc ki okati us passport ki okati h1 visa ki okati. I hope it did not change any

Visited Last August - Upon arrival visa for GC - Before immigration - Marhaba - show GC and passport - pay 40 dollars per person. They will give you a paper - valid for 7 days or 10 days -- take that paper to Immigration - immediately right in front of Marhaba -- they just check the paper and give u 1 GB temp card for mobile and data for free,, DM me in case u need more information -- stayed 3 days -- covered key areas.

Went 7 yrs back on h1b, paid fee and got visa on arrival at maharba counter

GC ante still indian passport ne kadha. USC aina H1 aina f1 aina GC aina same process visa on arrival. No special treatment GC la ki USC la ki. Europe kuda USC la ki visa chesthundhi later this year. Sabkaa Malik ek.

Nice happened . Same applies to GC holders with Indian passport . You need to get visa by paying $35 fees at the Marhaba Counter !
