The current CEO of Cognizant, Ravi Kumar, who was once an executive at Infosys, has recruited a total of 20 individuals as executive vice presidents and four as vice presidents within the company. Many of these executives were previously associated with Infosys and Wipro. This has prompted both Infosys and Wipro to pursue legal action against Cognizant.
