This is not the first time it has happened…yearly oka 10 incidents aina ayitayi ie hotel la…few years back itlane grand hotel la hotel ollu customer ni kodithe adiki talkaya pagili masthu serious ayindi case…around 2004-05 Time lo, a customer gadi famiky vachi grand’ hotel mida attack chesinaru kuda…

Turka Biryani hotels la iyanni avutune vuntayi vaa…nothing new. These places are in demand, vallaki customer service or new customers tho sambandham ledu…in case of this hotel, loyal clientele for decades…The oldest cafe on Hyderabad is Grand hotel and they have been there for a hundred years now..
