It means rich people from all groups will join hands to protect their wealth while the rest of us make our kids fight each other. 

Look at film industry. Inter-caste/inter-religion marriage less common nowadays but no way will a hero marry someone of lower class. 

Look at politics. All these rajakeeya nayakulu are partyhoppers to protect their power and position. But the karyakarthulu will kill each and slave away for nothing.
