It looks like there is 2 years lock in period. 
 

Limitations. If, during the 2 year period after receiving a Robinhood ACATS Bonus, a customer initiates withdrawal(s) from their Brokerage Account causing the account value to fall below the net transferred asset value, Robinhood will chargeback a proportional amount of the Bonus amount, separate from and in addition to any ACATS out fee, and if the customer has cash available in their Brokerage Account, this chargeback will be deducted from their available cash balance.

I am in fact thinking of moving away my assets from Robinhood. A lot of financial companies are struggling for money. Robinhood also struggling. Their desparation is seen in the offers they are giving. 

I know each type of account (Savings, 401k, roth, etc) are $250k  FDIC insured for each acc type. Still ekkadoo kodutundi ... I dont like when a company is desparate
