It clearly says what Botsa or Sakshi posted is fake.

It was 2021 report that measured the FLN skills over the years 2018-2020..

While Andhra Pradesh did outperform Kerala in the 2021 report (2018-2020), it did not ‘top’ the country in providing education accessibility.

Moreover, while Andhra Pradesh scored better than Kerala in the 2021 report under the ‘Access to Education’ segment, it slipped behind in the 2023 report.
