LCA Wage Leve1

Hello DB members , 

attorney filed LCA under wage level 1 , I really donno why they did. 
are we still getting wage Level 1 RFEs ? Extension is coming , have to apply H4 and H4 EAD as well

Any idea how many days its taking for H4/H4 EAD approvals these days when filed with H1B extension ?

Thats a bad move from Attorney. LCA level should be at least 2 to satisfy the specialty occupation. Also with Masters you can't put Level 1 wages. No body here is an attorney. Reach out to Attorney and ask the same question?

If you applied the extension in Regular processing, you have to wait longer on the decision.

ink apply cheyyaledu , LCA certified ..is it a good idea to withdraw and apply LCA again ?

H1B/h4/h4 had expiring in May

Not too late, ask attorney to reapply with level 2

If you have time to apply for extension, then file a new LCA with Wage level 2 or above. The LCA is decided based on your salary with the SOC category in your work location county/area.

Again, please talk to your attorney.
