H1 Refused- Urgent help needed

your visa will be approved 100% 

since you are away from the country long time, most people called for interview for same reason and more at chennai these days. pretty normal.

i guess you can try emergency option and prepone your interview. because it doesn't matter when you schedule for interview. that's just a random date given.

so try emergency option stating your reasons. as you are a doctor i guess they would accept it and also many lives going to affect as per your schedule.

Thank you all. As I mentioned before, I am not much concerned about the interview. My only frustration is about the delay and the chaos it will cause at my clinic. My practice manager already panicked and worried if I am able to come back or not. They do not understand how the visa issues work. 

Of course, I am not going to show my frustration during the interview. I will be calm and do whatever they say and get it done. I am planning to do telemedicine from here and can see half of my patients. We already discussed about that and that works well, except the timings. I am a night owl and that's absolutely fine with me. At least, that's somewhat better. Once again, thank you all and I will update once I am done with this whole thing.

It happened to several folks who couldn’t submit I-612. One can’t to anything apart from waiting.

Why the  your doctors over time like India? 

why you need complete rest on saturday sunday, cut shot that you will be good.
