thats what happens when you speed up the testing and no proper training.... seems like an another round of issues with these 737's for Boeing. no wonder airbus is the pioneer in this segment

back to back em kadu, its the same issue that is resurfacing time to time. it takes 20 years for a manufacturer to introudce a new plane( r and D, testing , training and rollout). Boeing due to change is management outsourced the testing, took the old planes engine and without proper training they introduced these new flights and started calling them 737.

The fuselage is manufactured by SPR (Spirit Aero Systems - Kansas). this factory plagued by workers unions , strikes etc. They better move the industry to any other country with cheap and reliable labor...@~`

it all started with cost cutting after the McDonnell Douglas merger uncle. they started treating this as a money making business which is different than previous ownership, thus started to outsource, cut costs, reduce R and D spending, to compete with airbus they lauched these new 737s claiming its an updated model not a new one ( used technicalities ) so that they dont have to train the pilots on the new flights ( which is what takes 4-5 years for airlines). causing havoc and loss of lives

those unions have nothing to do with flight design and quality. Infact old boeing had a great skill workers back in the day and everybody is proud to be associated with boeing.
