I think affordability increased. A lot of people earning money legally/illegally. Means does not matter. Plenty of people loaded.

Plenty of opportunities in india. Plenty of people into business and earning well. Even successful street vendors are earning in lakhs/month. Its good. 

Even Gundas and anti-social elements have ventured into kidnapping/settlements and making merry... Govt officials are earning so much in bribes for approving projects ...
