mama andhuke documentation debugging ani konni technical words vunnayi. module perulu marchi same sodi cheppu.  i do the same here daily.  test data change chesi same thing run chestha dialy.

ariticulate ga cheppinde cheppakunda ela manage cheyalo try cheyi mama... that what is needed in agile .. even PM is aware of the fact that Agile is meant for capturing iterations from business not for us. our daily standups are just meant for new communications, not really for micro managing

i recently attended a agile 101 course, it was clearly specified that Agile is not for micromanaging employees or people in project

if scrum master tries to micro manage, we should not encourage them by trying to be too detailed in technical areas, rather use only terminology which is at high level
