Couldnt Zaganna just find some mega rich guys and give them YCP ticket? For example, Dr. Chava is very rich and I think he is from Seemandhra?

These two guys are Politically obsolete.

I dont know anything about this Chava guy. Who is this guy? Is he invested in AP politics? throw some light.
