BTw maldives was the only foreign country which allowed india to station its troops  before.

india has a junk foreign policy especially from 90s.

India has very cordial relations with almost all Islamic States (54 of them) except Pakistan which itself does not enjoy any privileges from any of the Islamic States.

To sum up, foreign relations are not guided by Religion.. they are commanded by economic and financial policies.

People like you have a very blurred vision on how International relations work.
