I help students with free visa counseling and university transfers in free time..just one of my fav pastime. There is this one guy who approached me asking for f1 visa option..no matter what..I asked him why he is so desperate.. 

Turns out one police constable stopped him and asked bribe for helmet..he said I will only pay fine..

Police constable used very bad words about his mother ..and this guy got mad and abused back at him..they took him to station and beat all night.. he was literally crying while explaining what happed to him..even after 6 months .. he never came out of that trauma.. in USA ..trauma victims get EAD from government..in India government itself a trauma for people who don't have political support.
