As of Oct 27, 2023, they reverted the automatic extension time to 180 days... now its no longer 540..

If possible,.apply in premium all H1, H4 and EAD as they are approving everything quickly

Already applied and it’s 170 days now from expiry. So waiting.

yes....180 days extn is only for filers after Oct 27...For prior users, it is 540 days
