lol.. battery charging is efficient when the battery is at certain temperatures… the car heats up the battery to an optimal temperature for the charging to be fast.. you cannot just take the car at -10C and charge it at a super charger.. it takes an hour or so to heat the battery and then charge it… 

people are still learning about EV’s and the different scenarios they face in different weather conditions… Norway has a severe cold wave (temps at -40C).. there are no incidents reported with Teslas there..

I am now converted British Citizen, holding OCI and living in North London.

Planning to come to USA...I will surely meet you.
