target bonus(set beginning of year) x individual performance x company  performance

Target bonus 20K anuko, if you meet expectations of ur role u get 100% so ur multiplier is 1 , if company does well company gets 100%, so multiplier is 1
so it will be 20K x 1 x 1  = 20K 

if you do really well if your managers gives 25% extra bonus it will be 1.25 

so it will be 20K x 1.25 x 1 = 25K
if company does well, everybody gets extra depends on how well company does, let say 10% extra, it will be 1.1 

 it will be  20K x 1 x 1.1 = 22K 

Last year company didn't do well we got only 95% bonus from company  performance , so it will be 0.95

20K x 1 x 0.95 = 19K
