target bonus(set beginning of year) x individual performance x company  performance

Target bonus 20K anuko, if you meet expectations of ur role u get 100% so ur multiplier is 1 , if company does well company gets 100%, so multiplier is 1
so it will be 20K x 1 x 1  = 20K

if you do really well if your managers gives 25% extra bonus it will be 1.25

so it will be 20K x 1.25 x 1 = 25K
if company does well, everybody gets extra depends on how well company does, let say 10% extra, it will be 1.1

 it will be  20K x 1 x 1.1 = 22K

Last year company didn't do well we got only 95% bonus from company  performance , so it will be 0.95

20K x 1 x 0.95 = 19K

Depends on team performance Anna

50% company and 50% team

Most companies have this based on their designation or paygrade as well along with the criteria you mentioned

Ours is different. Company gives 2 or 3 parameters and gives weightage to each parameter.

1. sales target 50%

2. company cashflow target 25 %

3. IT budget target. 25%

if the numbers are between 98-100 percentile you get full weightage. If they are between 100-105 or you get more. Max bonus is capped at 200%.

we have grades in company. Depending on grades they are in 10% (architects, Sr engineers), 15% (enterprise architects, managers) 20% (sr.manager), 25% (director), 30% (VP).

so if someone has a salary of 100k and in 20% bonus bracket, if company declares 150% bonus they get 30k bonus total.

A manager has option to add or reduce max 20% of bonus allocated to a person. Means in above scenario they can change max + or - 6k.
