Did anyone here buy home with redfin ?

Planning to buy a preowned home with redfin , wondering if it is safe to go with them?

seems like they won't provide any rebate as well.

I was fed up with desi realtors and went with Redfin in 2021. I can’t recommend enough, process was super smooth and very professional

I even got a rebate of $4500

i think redfin now stopped rebate program to buyers.. no more rebates

in late 2022, Redfin discontinued their buyer rebate. Currently, their model provides a rebate of the listing commission when you buy and sell with the company.

You can sell with Redfin for a 1% listing fee only if you also buy with Redfin within 365 days of closing on your Redfin listing.

When you sell first with Redfin instead of using a traditional brokerage, they will initially charge a 1.5% listing fee and then send you a check for the 0.5% difference after you buy your next home with Redfin.

Safe aithe pakka no issues , but desi agents aithe you can negotiate more commission back ,

but with some desi agents we have to our home work inspection anuko, any Disclosures etc sakaga cheparu bro, Just manam research cheuskovali they are for documentation purpose you can negotiate 50% of buyer commission back

American agents kuda anthe anna kondtha mandhi detail ga cheptaru konthamandhi dummy  but ivala repu anni open ga istaru kabbati we have to do our own research detailed inspection, Disclosures like dumps in near vicinity , traffic smell etc etc
