Technically speaking there should be no issues if the visa validity for h4 is there and their husband is having maintaining his h1-b ( i.e his job is safe not in notice period or something). Better to avoid chicago

There are 100 reasons why this thing can happen

example: Principal app is doing a spiritual retreat in north india, he will be back in 2 weeks to SU while our kids need to attend schools
