if you are a full time , may be move . but buying a house on contracting in NC with BA skills is probably not a great idea

So overall looks like Rtp is ok but BA jobs might be very less. Adi risk ok aite digali.

if not, choose Nj which has better jobs but taxes and cost of living is high
