Bro ... if i give for development purpose where developers are asking for  70:30 ratio, but am not interested on the development... As i want shared land to be sold out remaning land will be with me for longterm ... and regarding the development its all about the calculation you do accordingly...  I Hope this clarify your queries

nenu manaki already unna land ni development ki iche daani gurinchi anatle, some developers 1 acre plots ni offer chesthunnaru and future lo layout they're promising in the whole area that they're selling as 1 acre plots each, itla 1 acre konte future lo vallu layout motham develop chesinaka danlo manaki 40-45% of the initial 1 acre plot area osthadi ( roads, common area, club house area etc poinaka )

Hey... You are just thinking about the company which u do market, i got ur understanding... you are not investing for future just to do market for them who are realestate business) So Better understand before u invest ( whether for future or just purchase and leave it)....
