good explanation... any particular reason why you want to connect with buyer directly ? If you are getting good rates from local buyers then why take the headache by posting here ( which is subject to heavy criticism) ?

i have been in the market from last 20 years, where am as BA for an IT Firm

NRI's are investing... they are checking whether its genuine or not before investiing into the land.  and more investing is coming on to the india.

and regarding black and white money --- it always depends on the understanding of both parties( Buyer and seller).. if you are ready we can sell complete land in an white amount... Can you make it an Deal

Thank you for your reply... Yes, i have a reason to connect directly to buyer, where the mediator and giving different rates to the end customer... And regarding local buyers they require time to get  registration after agreement of land. where its an slow process

When we deal direct to the buyer -- its an muthual understanding  go very smootly and close the deal very fast

I bought 1 acre in 116 paramount for 1.8 cr a year ago
