Asking just for my understanding. 1 acre undeveloped land ante after development around 30 guntas sellable  avuthundi kada? Isn't it almost same as 1000 sq yards?

No its not the same... if you purchased 1000 sq yards for 1.8cr

then for 3000 sq yards the value will be 5.4 cr

and when u purchase an acre land Value will be More and also another 1600 sq yards will be more...

we bought as an acre in initial stage of the project from saipriya. I know all the plots are 1000 sqyrds. and I have 3 plots in sai antara and thier enchanted farms on srisailam highway too

its in Anthara and intial stage means 3 - 4 years back.. so almost price increased right now. and also you have purchased at srisailam highway  and there is an big difference..... Kindly understand the Market before making an purchase and that to for long term

2021 lo antara start chesaru .. after that in 6 months paramount start chesaru.. 

srisailam highway lo kuda 2019 lo project starting lo tesukunna. 

anyway andaru kalisi chinnaga developement chesukunte double vastay kada late ina

i think saipriya valle kontaru ga close by ithe? but a\5 crs ante vallu tesukoru obviously

Saipriya valle tesukovalani ledu ... Price is negotiable which i already Said ... This Post is for direct investor where they can plan accordingly.

and regarding the venture of sai priya... they have to cross my land to reach their venture which is almost 1 km from my land.  hope you understand

e Area bro ... i stay at mallapur ( Same village) even i am planning for an villas along with my friend... Apart from this land Even myself i have more land in the same area... Bangalore highway will always be in an increment mode... as the govt have plans accordingly

you get 40% ( sometime around 45% of the land after the development depending your equation with the developer )  which means around 2000-2200sqyds / acre
