Guys one doubt

Maa attayya is in US and her B1/b2 visa expired in Dec 2023 and maa vadina family applied for extension within US through lawyer and application is pending.

She got her return ticket on March 2nd week to india .

Is it fine she leaves US even though her extension application is pending ?

Incase she wants to go again to US in future after few months then is it enough she carries new replacement I-94 ?

passport loo new stamping avasaram leeda for visa extension ?

Sorry guys i am new to US visa and only aware of UK visa related.

btw, did they travel  out of the country? it helps if they visited bangkok or signapore but no guarantee 

my sincere advice if they go as family with business income, guaranteed rejection. inka examples antavaaa, oka 100 cheptaaru. maa close relatives, husband and wife are govt teachers, lot of properties, yet they rejected, go figure
