Breakfast ideas for Diabetes parents

Both of them are diabetic on insulin (70+ age)came for the first time after requesting from many years.

Me n wife go to office 3 days a week. So any healthy and easy to make breakfast ideas for them ?  Preferably indian other than idly dosa vada etc…

I get it brother. weekend's and wfh days alane chesthunnam. Other days variety ga emi cheyochu ani.

simple healthy fats + protein food thinnali

 

example  Omlet +Avacado

                 Mushroom, Spinach Scrambled Eggs

                  Paneer + Avacado

                  Oats+ protein powder + peanut butter

                   Tofu + Avacdo

avanni ichi vallaki ibbandi endukanna...manaki nachutai variety ani.

but they wont like it.... avacado lu, oats...tofulu etc...

pesarattu, sprout moongs, alantivi talimpu veskovachu morning..

they will like it...and add some fruits daily

Oatmeal upma, oats with fruits and date, millet dosa, idly and pongunalu, veggie upma, veggie dalia, eggs with veggies, nuts, seeds, sprouts

Sprouts n grated  carrot combination is the best,  less prep time required in morning

Let them eat what they want to eat in the mornings (breakfast and lunch).. but with soaked fenugreek seeds.. 

evening soaked chia seeds with water thaagamanu.. they will be very full and helps in controlling dinner food quantity..
