Me n wife go to office 3 days a week. So any healthy and easy to make breakfast ideas for them ? Preferably indian other than idly dosa vada etc… Quote

Thokkalee Posted January 26, 2024 Report Posted January 26, 2024 Let them eat what they want to eat in the mornings (breakfast and lunch).. but with soaked fenugreek seeds.. evening soaked chia seeds with water thaagamanu.. they will be very full and helps in controlling dinner food quantity.. 1 Quote
