You need to take multi vitamin after 40 even if you are in Arizona with hot weather and sun 365 days. You have to run in sun for 30 min 5 days a week on average then you will be good

ok agreed but anta depressing cold weather climates loo mind ela active gaa vuntundi bhayya ?

anyways yevari lifestyle , physical makeup valladi anukoo .... good luck if cold weather suits u

You need to do outdoor activities in those states don’t sit in house weekends like Desis
