Not about 23… just embarrassing to see a senior statesman making liquor as an election agenda.  If you mention NTR, 2 Rupees Rice and Complete prohibition come up as signature schemes. 

Jagan delivered most of his electoral promises. No prohibition but at least belt shops are removed, no liquor shops on high ways.
