monna maa distant cousin, working as Govt teach (not SC/St/BC category, and also not Pulka or Jaffa), is a very good proven teacher. She had to be strict with one of the class 8 boys for his wierd hairstyle and sent him back to home.

Hell broke loose, entire village attacked her house and they had to flee for life.

Then Collector intervened and made a compromise. Collector knows my teacher cousin is not guilty, so he transferred her to more paying role in a nearby village.

Govt roles are diminishing and don’t have the same command as they used to..Telangana Departments esp RWS, Panchayat Raj l recent recruits ni adugu cheptaru aamdani takkuva and overtime chestunaru..

What I thjnk is rural lo lot of people do Bed course to be government teacher , 5000 roles ki I think 5 lac people compete 

no way they will land in government jobs and most of them compromise for some role in private company

i think software is better for example 10 lakh roles for 10 lakh people competing

ledu. hiring govt. employees is expensive. their salaries/pensions take up a significant portion of govt. expenditure. opposition lo vunnappudu govt. jobs istamu ani anadam enduku. why make useless promises that are hard to fulfill.

Don’t know about other admin jobs. Teacher jobs are well paid, well respected.

 

my cousin is a high school teacher. He earns 60k in a smal town. He works really hard to improve the school and take extra classes for free for kids. I think it is a very meaningful job

under perform anedhi incorrect ... i worked for two years ... too much work, too much pressure, more hours, less pay less growth ... epudu pension scheme kuda ledhu now it is like 401k no burden on govt. oka 10yrs back health insurance for family kuda lekunde.

People lo awareness peringindhi so side income zero in most govt jobs... epudu bribary antha high level lo ... police and revenue lo corruption vundhi but it is slowly declining.
