The family of a ‘dead’ man was left in shock after they received a call from him hours after police moved his charred ‘body’ for postmortem. Earlier, the man’s burnt ‘body’ was found in an agricultural field in Andhra Pradesh’s East Godavari district under mysterious circumstances.

The strange account was reported on Friday from Rangampet mandal’s Veerampalem in the district, a Times of India report said.

P Vijay Kumar, sub-inspector of the Rangampet police station said that villagers — on the morning of January 26 — found a fully charred body near an electricity transformer in the

agro field owned by one Ketamalla Pusaiah, a grain trader.

Since Pusaiah’s footwear was also food near the body, the villagers assumed that the grain trader had been murdered.

Soon after this, the villagers informed the police and Pusaiah’s relatives about the same. A police team rushed to the spot and sent the body for postmortem.

Pusaiah Comes ALIVE From The DEAD

While the postmortem was underway, the grain trader’s family answered a call from an unknown number, only to realise that it was Pusaiah himself.

Informing them that he is alive, Pusaiah asked them to pick him up. His relatives rushed to the given address where they found Pusaiah in a beaten up condition.

Narrating the ordeal he went through, Pusaiah told them that he witnessed three unidentified youths setting a man’s body ablaze after pouring petrol over it on his farm on Thursday night. Reportedly, when he tried to stop them, they caught hold of him and trashed him

Pusaiah further said that the trio dropped his footwear near the body and took him to an unknown location in an auto.

The grain trader said he lost consciousness while they were thrashing him. Later when he woke up, he found himself in an agricultural field near Pidimgoyya in Rajamahendravaram rural mandal.

Stranded in that area, he stopped a passer-by and borrowed his phone to call his relatives.
