IT workers kashtaalu

All the recent policies are not helping IT workers.

Fed raised rate hikes but no cooling in real estate prices.

But IT  companies used these rate hikes to fire and fire mostly IT workers. Others seem to be ok.

Govt which comes in to picture even if 30 factory workers are fired seems aath care about thousands of IT workers fired. And this is encouraging companies also.

Not a single reporter asking govt what is their response to loss of jobs in IT.

Factory worker are unionized, hence will hear some sort of uproar if they get fired in en mass. IT workers are some of the highest paid with min pay of 100k, no one will give aathcare if they get fired. Multiple job’s during Covid time lo levani nooru, why raising now ? Nothing will change ra, just watch the drama as a common man anthe.

Companies that are still working remote .. there is a lot of pressure to justify onsite people from vendors ... Y not convert to offshore to reduce costs ... Lots of cuts there as well ...

All the thieves will come out of the hiding

. The ill gotten wealth from many people's deaths will curse the riches and bring them down eventually, sooner or later.

History has shown this and it will prove itself over again.. just a matter of time.

Problem with corporates is that executives are making in millions where as ppl are making peanuts are letting go left and right! Job market is very bad… have couple of friends been looking for jobs since 6 months….applied for thousands of jobs but no luck ants

During COVID headcount in our team was 20. Now its only 5. Around 10 jobs were shipped offshores. And another 5 were deemed not required. That’s the reality of situation right now. Remote jobs are a big threat to IT.

This concept is making companies more greedy. They will ship many jobs to offshore in future.

US lo okadu chese panini ee service based companies 3 off shore resources kavaali antaayi.. billing yemo top $ laagutaaru. eventually clients will realize that and goes back to sq 1 of hiring on shore. it's a never ending cycle
