Bank lo antey you get avg 5% interest rate and you pay taxes for your interest, meaning you loosing money , better pay it off.

as long as you have  2-3 months emergency fund and you think your job is stable pay it off

unless you can have some other means of making at least 10% interest, pay it off. 
it's always silly to invest money on market while you are paying loan.
