h4 extension already approved 

Previous visa expired so India lo stamping ki kooda vellali 

In this situation is travel worth. I reached out to company lawyers they are not of much help.

u can travel if you have extension approved and getting stamped on the way back...

No h4 ead is based on h4 approval kada anna you already said it is approved  but just in case keep checking status enina rfe vasthe reply ichetatlu again AFAIAK
