Scrum master role ledu asalu. 
it is all upto us developers to breakdown their user stories. Eventually we will roll up our stories to PM for status updates.

acceptance creiteria helps..if he finish the jira and raise the pull request...

its like a quality check of the task...but this guy is not even finishing the task...right...
