TDP & JS are dragging the announcement of alliance share, and candidates. They are afraid of two reasons. Leaders who expected seats but couldn’t get because of alliance might go to YCP. JS supporters couldn’t turn rebellious if JS doesn’t get good amount of seats. CBN wants both cadres to come together by keeping them in dark as long as possible and then slowly deliver the news. Both CBN & PK know their respective parties are contesting but cadre. 
 

On the other hand, Jagan has wrapped majority of the seats exercise. Cadre are fired up with #Siddam meetings too. YCP will have a leg up with early announcement of candidates.

If last minute headaches happen, they will not have time to sort out the issues. But this is how CBN deals with alliances. He did the same in 2009 too. YSR announced all the candidates one go and went into people early. MahaKootami fell behind Congress by few weeks. Eventually lost election too.
