There is no such thing for AP to TS number plate change. That is only for new registrations. 

Memu recent ga TG lo vehicle registration renew cheyinchamu (20 yrs old). Same AP number continuing..

I used to have maharashtra registered bike. In 2015 transferred that to telangana. Telangana RTO asked to keep old MH number even though I paid registration and taxes.
