Also my coding knowledge is 0. so shall I go with admins or developer course pls suggest.

Salesforce jobs assamed— too many candidates. You GC aythe chances are a bit high - only admin no use no/low jobs. Developer and then you have to have several certificates

Go for Financial services cloud or marketing cloud in Salesforce. And for learning you dont need udemy or anything. The trailblazer community by SF has better learning modules and also provides demo org for learning.

For custom component development or building any trigger logics yes. 
Not necessary in building objects and doing vanilla stuff. 
apex is easy to learn but not mandatory to start using or developing in SF.

for someone who does not like programming and not interested in programming  - can you find salesforce jobs  ? is it even a viable option?

Apex is more like Java ani I remember - and it is old but still used I think.  Nowadays salesforce dev are using javascript etc as well. Naaku antha knowledge ledu but I was researching long time ago.
