College Educated middle class in India are the largest cattle class whose only job is to pay taxes and loose more than 50% of their income yet see no returns. Businesses avoid taxes, she does business with street smartness and is avoiding taxes. As simple as that.

She's able to live without paying taxes in a country like India, while people are busy running to Dubai and US trying to minimize taxes. No one likes to pay taxes unless forced to. Salaried cattle class are bred with this idea of paying taxes with about half their income and yet see diminishing returns.

Ofcourse businesses avoid taxes. They only pay where they are forced to. Why do you think global businesses are on constant look out for countries with low taxes ? Why do you think Google, Apple and other tech biggies moved their HQ to Ireland ? Why do you think businesses set up shops in SEZ in India? You should probably unfix your mind then.
